A Symposium on Smart City (Macro to Micro Implications of Smart City Services)

Smart City develops ICT solutions of how new open data software, infrastructure and co-management tools respond to community-led activities, allowing technology interact city development with the new tools. 資訊科技界政改諮詢研討會 (Chinese Version Only)

經過四個多月的研究，從多方面的討論，我們發現香港多年來的中、小學電腦 / ICT 課程發展並非如教育局的「資訊科技教育策略」報告所述。事實只有部份學校的設備及課程發展有平均提升，而其他資源不足的學校只有「停滯不前」。資源及發展不衡，導致不同學校、老師及學生的「數碼信心」差距及在各方面銜接問題越來越多，不斷推遲香港整體的資訊科技教育發展。最令人關注的是，小學至初中的電腦 / ICT 課程一直存在「斷層」的情況。
是次研究集中檢討香港中、小學的電腦 / ICT 課程發展，簡化分析現狀、需求及人力資源等問題，建議適當的「教育策略」以配合現時的情況。
