2014-2015 年度財政預算案號外 政府公佈措施支持IT界

現屆政府的第二份財政預算案今天出爐，演辭中有十多項有關ICT的措施，多為試驗性質，即使方向正確亦未算大力度，總算回應業界和我在建議書中提出的要求。對上一次政府大手推出對資訊科技的政策，恐怕要追溯至回歸初期。我的辦事處製作了有關預算案中資訊及通訊科技、創新科技和教育三個主題的資訊圖表(Infograph)，方便大家用最短時間掌握最關心的內容，歡迎大家分享。

Dear IT friends,

2014-2015 Budget Special; Government Proposed Initiatives on ICT

The government has announced quite a number of initiatives related to ICT development in the 2014-15 Budget, most of which are experimental in nature. Even the measures are not ‘drastic’, the government appears to be on the right track in response to the ICT industries’ call and the recommendations from my budget submission as it has hardly placed as much focus on ICT, innovation and technology industries since the handover. To help you grasp the details of these plans, my office has summarised key points into 3 infographs on ICT, innovation & technology and education. You are most welcome to share them with your friends.
