各位IT界朋友：

誠邀參加IT界政改研討會

由我的辦事處發起的IT界政改意見調查於上星期完滿結束，期間收到超過300份問卷回覆，調查結果尚在整理當中，將會稍後於網上公佈。我衷心感謝曾經就政改提出意見的各位IT界朋友，並期望各位能繼續關注政改方案的最新發展。

我留意到目前社會上仍未就普選方案達成共識，在原則和具體選舉方式上仍有甚大分歧。為此我與IT呼聲將於2014年4月26日，合辦「資訊科技界政改諮詢」研討會。屆時政制及內地事務局副局長劉江華先生、中大政治與行政學系馬嶽教授和IT呼聲代表梁兆昌先生將討論2017年特首提名和選舉，及2020年立法會選舉安排等問題，請踴躍參加，向政府發表意見。

Dear IT friends,

Discuss Constitutional Development in ICT Sector Forum

The opinion survey on Constitutional Development for ICT sector has just come to an end last week, with over 300 responses from the sector. My team is now analysing the responses and will release the findings online in the coming weeks. I would like to thank everyone who have contributed their time and valuable comments through the survey. Please stay tuned.

There is still wide disagreement among different camps on the principle and methods of implementing universal suffrage. Therefore, my office and IT Voice will co-organise a Forum on Constitutional Reform for IT Sector on 26 April. A panel consisting of Mr. Lau Kong-wah (Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs), Prof. Ma Ngok (Department of Government & Public Administration, CUHK), and Mr. SC Leung (IT Voice) will discuss matters such as nomination and election for the Chief Executive in 2017 and LegCo election in 2020. Please join and express your views.
